Apometry

Apometry is a set of energy channeling principles and techniques aimed at treating, harmonizing, and raising awareness of the various aspects that move human energies. The central point of apometry practice is induced unfolding, also called consciousness projection, a psychic phenomenon termed magnetic somnambulism by Allan Kardec, the codifier of Spiritism.
Apometry is not a doctrine, nor a philosophy, nor a religion. Although it draws on principles common to various spiritualist doctrines, especially Spiritism, it has an ethical and philosophical stance based on serving with love and for love.
Apometry is not a panacea or magic—that is, it is not a cure-all for all problems, whether physical or spiritual. It frees from suffering when necessary for the karmic liberation of the individual, requiring the active participation of the person requesting help and their merit. It is merely a complementary technique for investigating the human soul, working with and for spirituality.
In apometric care, the following are basically performed:
-
cleansing, alignment and healing of the bodies that form the human aggregate;
-
cleansing and regulating chakras (energy centers);
-
alignment and treatment for our levels of consciousness (incarnations in past lives, personality extracts still attached to the existence in which they lived and have knowledge of themselves that can help or hinder the current incarnation);
-
protection and balance, as well as cleaning and harmonization of the assisted person's home.
In more complex cases of obsession, apometry is very comprehensive, profound, and direct. Thus, the obsessing entity can be collected and later treated in hospitals or specific locations in the astral plane.
Remembering the Golden Rule of Apometry:
"We must be vigorously alert to any enthusiasm we may be provoking. The foundation of all this work—as, indeed, of all spiritual work—must be LOVE. It is the foundation. ALWAYS." (José Lacerda de Azevedo)
We already know how effective this technique is and we're always curious about its origins and who decoded it... Let's talk about it in this short text.
José Lacerda de Azevedo, a doctor who was born (1919) and passed away (1997) in Porto Alegre-RS. The doctor from Rio Grande do Sul, after learning about a study done by Mr. Luis J. Rodriguez, a Puerto Rican citizen, on Hypnometry, a technique that proposed a decoupling of the perispirit, through which a doctor could access the patient's energetic intimacy and pick up from the spiritual memory banks, unfortunate facts and occurrences from the past, responsible for psychic and somatic disorders identified in the present incarnation.
Dr. José Lacerda became interested in the subject and created a complete systematization of research in this field. After some time, he found the name inappropriate, because Hypnos in Greek means sleep, which indicated that the patient was put to sleep, which does not occur. So the name was changed. Apo in Greek is a preposition meaning outside, and Metron in Greek means measurement. Therefore, Apometry is a phenomenon in which an individual separates from their physical body in a waking state. Dr. Lacerda was responsible for the creation of laws, the study of various obsessive syndromes, operational techniques, and the training of a significant number of mediums and operators familiar with this suggestive methodology for investigating the human soul.
"Apometry, we will always repeat, is not a panacea. It is merely a complementary technique for investigating the human soul." (Vitor Ronaldo Costa)

Basic definition of Apometry

From the Greek: " apo " = beyond, separation, distance - " metron " = relating to measurement, which measures
represents the classic unfolding between the physical body and the spiritual bodies of the human being;
It is not exactly mediumship, but rather a technique for separating these components;
it is a technique that can be applied to all creatures;
It is, then, at the same time:
anímico*-spiritual technique of unfolding bodies, through which one can act on both incarnate and discarnate beings; and it is
an energy manipulation tool.
*animic= produced by the incarnate, with his own spiritual faculties, without the use of the physical senses, thanks to the expansion of his perispirit.
In short:
- it is a technique of unfolding the spiritual aggregate of the human being, induced by the mental energy of an incarnated operator, through mental energetic pulses or commands (under impulses of the will);
- is an energy manipulation tool.
A short biography of José Lacerda de Azevedo

Doctor who was born (1919) and passed away (1997) in Porto Alegre-RS.
Dr. José Lacerda, surgeon, gynecologist, and later general practitioner, a man of solid culture; with in-depth knowledge of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, General History, History of France, History of Christianity, and the History of World Wars I and II.
He developed and founded Apometry in the basic works: Spirit and Matter – New Horizons for Medicine and in Energy and Spirit, where he formulated new and important concepts and theories about the binomials: spirit/matter, spirit/energy and space/time.
Dr. Lacerda did not consider Spiritism a religion, but a cosmic reality. He excluded any trace of mysticism or fanaticism from his practice, always promoting this doctrine as a science and philosophy. Despite this conception, he knew and preached that Spiritism has religious consequences by "reconnecting" humanity to God. More than that, he saw Spiritism as an instrument of charity, serving others through its practices, conferences, and collective and individual assistance work, extending to all kinds of people in need.
